Brand Study

The market and the environment are changing rapidly. Competitors do different activities over time, and based on this, the brand position, research and study in different criteria (brand parameters) are affected. As a result, competition in some product groups (such as consumer goods) and market segments has become much tighter. Some brand parameters can be tracked in periods such as monthly, once every two months, quarterly or once every two years to reflect these important changes. BHT surveys are usually shorter questionnaires and can cover more than one product / service group if the target audience is the same. These surveys can be combined with qualitative research once a year or once every two years. Any criteria that the customer wants from the study and the review of brand can be evaluated in BHT. But this process must be in accordance with the method of data collection and considering the optimal time for the interview.
